Dispute Resolution

APPLICABLE LAW

22.1. These General Conditions and Terms of Sale and all emerging disputes that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the ALFACOLLECTION.PT online store or any purchase therein must be governed by Portuguese law.

22.2. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these Conditions and General Terms of Sale, Alfa and the Buyer undertake to endeavor to obtain an amicable solution, which is fair and adequate, within the maximum period 60 (sixty) days from the receipt of the communication addressed to this purpose by any of the parties involved.

22.3. In the absence of an amicable solution, in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, and in case of non-compliance with these Conditions and General Terms of Sale, both parties establish the Court of the District of S. João da Madeira as the competent forum with express waiver of any other.

AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF SALE OF THE ALFACOLLECTION.PT ONLINE STORE

ALFA has the right to change these Conditions and General Terms of Sale at any time. The Buyer is subject to the principles and terms in force at the date of his/her order, unless the law or competent authority imposes any change to them.
