How long does it take to receive my order?

Once the order has been registered and payment has been confirmed, the shipment is dispatched with the following delivery time:

  • Mainland Portugal – between 2 and 5 working days.
  • Madeira – between 3 and 7 working days.
  • Azores – between 5 and 15 working days.
  • Spain – between 2 and 5 working days.
  • Europe – between 3 and 10 working days.

(You will receive a shipping notification email when your item is on its way).

During festive seasons, in the event of a stock outage or at times of high order flow (Black Friday, sales, etc.) the order preparation time may be exceeded.



What are the shipping costs?

  • Mainland Portugal – Free.
  • Madeira and Azores – Variable rate, calculated according to order.
  • Spain – Variable rate, calculated according to order.
  • Europe – Variable rate, calculated according to order.




We hope that you will always be satisfied with your order.

However, in the event that you are not 100% satisfied, we always safeguard our customers’ interests and therefore allow a 20-day return policy. However, all returns are subject to evaluation by our quality department.

Exchanges and/or returns are not accepted for items that have been washed or used, items that have been tampered with and items that have been made to order. We will accept the return of the order within the defined period, provided it is in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, so that the customer can receive a refund.

If the return is due to a product defect, it will be replaced with an identical product and sent to the address you provide in the exchange process – if it is available.

The cost of a first return or exchange will always be borne by ALFA, provided that it is due to product defects. (This condition only applies to mainland Portugal)

For subsequent returns and exchanges or for other reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


After making the return request in your customer area, you must:

  • Put the products you wish to return in their original boxes and place them inside the ALFACOLLECTION transport box.
  • Remove the shipping label from the outside of the box;

Mainland Portugal: contact customer service to arrange collection of your return;

Madeira, Azores, Spain and Europe: Shipping costs must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Alfa.


All returns must be sent by post to:
