COMERCIAL POLITICS

5.3. Product prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS AND USERS

PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE
7.1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ORDER CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION
8.1. ALFA only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, therefore it cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the start of said processing.
8.2. In the order confirmation, you will find the estimated date for shipping the products, after payment confirmation. Naturally, the estimated shipping time may vary depending on the carrier and the destination of your order.
8.3. ALFA only ships orders on business days. Therefore, to estimate the delivery time of orders, weekends and public holidays are not taken into account. Any delay in shipping items, given the estimated dates presented, does not entitle you to compensation.
8.4. The fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. ALFA tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, ALFA reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In case of unavailability of the product and/or out of stock, ALFA will immediately inform the Final Consumer of the partial or total cancellation of their order, and the buyer is entitled to a refund of the respective amount paid, or choosing another product.
ORDER CONFIRMATION OR CANCELLATION
9.1. ALFA may not validate the order if it does not have a sufficient guarantee of good collection, when the order is incomplete or incorrect, or when the ordered products are no longer available. In any of the aforementioned cases, Alfa will inform the Final Consumer via email that the sales contract was not concluded and that Alfa did not proceed with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.
9.2. If the products ordered in the ALFACOLLECTION.PT online store are no longer available at the time of your last access to the website, despite having obtained confirmation of the order, or when ALFA receives your order, the Seller will immediately inform the User (a) regarding their unavailability, never exceeding 30 days after receipt of the request.
9.3. If an order and respective payment have been placed, for products that have since become unavailable, ALFA will inform the buyer whether they wish to refund the order, wait for the product to be manufactured, or choose another product.
9.4. ALFA reserves the right to refuse any order, regardless of the reason and is exempt from liability for any damages or costs, and reserves the right to cancel any purchase even if it has already been accepted or confirmed by Alfa, namely in the following situations :
– The information on the invoice is not correct or verifiable;
– The order is flagged by the website’s Security Systems as an incorrect, irregular order, or an order susceptible to fraud;
– When the transfer of payment for the order was not received within 2 working days following the acceptance of your order;
– When it is not possible to deliver the order to the address provided by the User;
– If it is considered that the Buyer did not have the capacity to carry out that act;
– If it is found that there was an error in the presentation of the price of the product(s);
– If the order is assumed to come from a reseller.
PAYMENT TERMS AND SECURITY GUARANTEES
10.1. The available payment methods will be presented in the ALFACOLLECTION.PT online store. If it is impossible to pay using the methods presented, you should contact us by email ([email protected]) so that we can analyze the possibility of granting another form of payment.
10.2. You can pay for your products using your usual credit and debit cards, or using your personal Paypal account. You can also pay for your order through Multibanco, with all the necessary instructions for this payment method (entity/reference/total amount) provided, or you can also make a bank transfer, with Ideoma.Alfa’s IBAN provided.
10.3. When paying using a credit or debit card, all details (such as card number, expiration date or security code) will be sent via Encrypted Protocol to the company providing remote electronic payment services, Stripe, without that third parties may have access to the information transmitted. This information will not be used by Alfa, except to carry out the necessary operations for purchase or refund, in the case of a return in accordance with the exercise of the right of return, or to report cases of fraud to the police.
10.4. If the Final Consumer chooses to pay by Multibanco, we will only begin processing the order after we have received payment. Therefore, in this payment method, we advise you to go to the ATM as quickly as possible so that you receive your order as soon as possible. Once 2 calendar days have passed after placing the order, and if we have not received any payment, the order will be cancelled.
10.5. If the Final Consumer chooses to pay by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent by email ([email protected]), which must include the order reference. We will only start processing the order after receiving the amount in our account.
10.6. We urge you not to attempt to make payment by any other means not specified in the ALFACOLLECTION.PT online store. If you attempt to do so, ALFA cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.

PRICES
12.1. The prices of products displayed in the ALFACOLLECTION.PT online store contain/include Value Added Tax (VAT).
12.2. The total price specified in the final menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted upon order confirmation, which you can print or download for future use. Please only transfer the exact amount specified in your order confirmation and make individual transfers per order.
12.3. Shipping fees are calculated per order, and the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.
12.4. Prices are all broken down in Euros and any change in the country of delivery of the order may have an influence on prices, due to transport costs.
QUALITY AND GUARANTEE
13.1. ALFA will only sell items of the highest quality in the ALFACOLLECTION.PT online store and will never sell second-hand products, or products of lower quality than existing market standards.
13.2. The products offered for sale in the ALFACOLLECTION.PT online store may not correspond exactly with regard to the displayed image and colors, especially due to the internet browser and monitor used.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERIES
14.1. Products ordered from the ALFACOLLECTION.PT online store will be shipped and delivered on working days, Monday to Friday.
14.2. We can only guarantee the correct delivery of an order if the shipping address for the products is correctly indicated by the User.

ORDERS DELIVERY TIMES
15.1. Once your order has been registered, payment has been confirmed and all parts of your order are available, ALFA undertakes to ship within the following delivery times:
– In mainland Portugal, between 2 and 5 working days.
– Madeira and Azores and other locations, between 3 and 20 working days.
15.2. ALFA will not be responsible for non-compliance, or delay in compliance, with any shipping obligation that is caused by a force majeure event, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
16.1. After receiving the order, the Buyer has a period of 20 days to return or exchange their item(s) if they find that they have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products. ordered. Exchanges and/or returns of items that have been washed or used, items that have been tampered with and items that have been made to order are not accepted.
16.2. The costs of a first return or exchange will be borne by Alfa, as long as it is due to product defects. In subsequent returns and exchanges or for other reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
16.3. The exchange or return of Buyer’s orders must be carried out in the following way:
– Place the item in the original box. Close the box and seal it with tape. If the box has any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments, remove them and send them to the following address:

– After we receive the product in our warehouse, the Quality Department will check whether the part complies with our requirements for Exchange or Return. If so, the exchange will be confirmed or the refund will be made.
16.4. After receiving all of the ordered products, or just part of them, at our facilities, we will process them within a maximum period of two working days. If the return is confirmed, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer. Refunds are only made to the account/card that gave rise to the purchase. If it is an exchange due to a product defect, then, after checking the availability of that product, it is sent to the address you indicate to us in the exchange process.
ORDER CANCELLATION
17.1 Before shipping, the Buyer can cancel the order of products. If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, they must first contact our Customer Service to inquire about the status of the order, and if it has not yet been sent, they may request cancellation. of your order.
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PROMOTIONAL CODES (DISCOUNT)

RESPONSIBILITY
20.1. ALFA will only be responsible for damages suffered by the Buyer in the event that such damages result from breaches attributable to Alfa’s contractual obligations towards the Final Consumer, or in the event that the liability arises from legal law applicable.
20.2. If the Buyer has suffered damages related to the activity of the website, ALFA’s liability will be limited to damages to the products of the ALFACOLLECTION.PT online store and reasonable and verifiable costs incurred by the Buyer due to Alfa’s violation of these General Conditions and Terms of Sale.
20.3. Alfa cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of any of our products. Ideoma Alfa cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the Buyer as a result of improper use of our products
20.4. Alfa is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information on the website.

20.6. ALFA declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is the final consumer’s responsibility to check with local authorities the conditions for importing or using the products they wish to order.

In the absence of an amicable solution, in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, and in case of non-compliance with these Conditions and General Terms of Sale, both parties establish the Court of the District of S. João da Madeira as the competent forum with express waiver of any other.
AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF SALE OF THE ALFACOLLECTION.PT ONLINE STORE
ALFA has the right to change these Conditions and General Terms of Sale at any time. The Buyer is subject to the principles and terms in force at the date of his/her order, unless the law or competent authority imposes any change to them.
